What is Groundwork?
Groundwork is a practice for organising and collaborating in complex environments where we are able to reconnect to a deeper pattern of organising that flows naturally in living systems. Through consciously practising Groundwork, we can become better at cultivating the conditions that enable self-organisation, participatory leadership and other capacities for collaborating powerfully while staying in authentic relationships.
We will apply this to projects and initiatives that participants are already working with. Using this framework we will explore principles, practices and tools that can support us in practising Groundwork more consciously.
Why Groundwork?
These days, given the complexity and urgency of many of the issues we’re faced with, it’s no longer just good practice to collaborate, it’s imperative. But laying the field for all to explore collaborations is easier said than done. For many of us, our experience might have taught us that collaboration is difficult, slow or ineffective. The current and future generations need us to get more skilful at harnessing collective creativity and wisdom to create fulfilling results.
Who Should Come?
This training is designed for founders, creators, designers, board members, entrepreneurs, and anyone working in teams that is interested in working more with process, participation and engagement. We encourage teams to attend together and to bring a concrete project which can be used as a focus for the practice.
FEES:
Sliding Scale of Rs. 8000/ – Rs. 5000/- per person.
For teams of 3: Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 15000/-

She is a steward of the Art of Hosting, and a co-creator of the Collective Story Harvest methodology. She is also the author of 365 ALIVE! and hosts THE STORY DOJO, an online community focused on the power and practice of stories.
